Our Apprenticeship Program
Every employee trains through an Apprenticeship Program with the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC), combining hands-on workplace training with classroom education. The first part is performed alongside experienced superintendents and covers the vital industry skills that prepare you for work on the job site. The second part involves technical in-school training from knowledgeable instructors. As you progress through the program, you also earn credits that count toward a professional certificate.
